HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER - 1 POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the development, implementation and management of the following processes:

(a) Recruitment and selection
(b) Personnel Administration
(c) Employee benefits, welfare and compensations
(d) Performance management
(e) Competency, Development and Training
(f) Disciplinary & Grievances
(g) Employee Engagement

• Produce relevant correspondences, reports, analysis and proposals.

• Responsible for ensuring all HR activities are aligned with the Company and local statutory requirements. Any inconsistency is to be flagged up to superior(s) immediately.

 
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must either:

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/Development or any related field.
Master Degree and/or CIPD as added advantage; AND
 
Experience:

Minimum Five (5) years working experience in human resource field.

ACCOUNTS CONTROL OFFICER - 1 POSITION

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Register and record all financial transactions in company ledger in SAP system and on file

• Return all registered AP invoices to requesting department/section to raise POV for payment processing

• Monitor and remind requesting departments on unregistered and unpaid invoices perodically

• Maintain Fixed Asset Registry for accounting and audit purposes

• Prepare journal voucher for monthly accounts closing

• Handle all internal queries/ issues with tact providing alternatives/ solutions

• Maintain complete and accurate book-keeping records in company ledger in SAP system and on file.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and other periodic reports in compliance with company accounting standard procedures

• Coordinate internal, annual statutory and shareholders financial audits

• Keep abreast and alert superior of accounting regulations and legal reporting requirements by the Ministry of Finance (Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam)

• Experience in IFRS conversion and/or professional accounting related accreditation are added advantage

FINANCE STAFF - 1 POSITION

Responsibilities:


Primary Responsibilities:

• Compile Petty Cash expenses/receipts for timely processing of top-ups

• Gather and collate employees’ payroll data and related information for timely monthly Overtime and Payroll processing, including TAP & SCP.

• Compile information for timely processing, as well as monitoring and preparation of employee and other company related insurance

• Ensure proper approvals and supporting documents complete with necessary justification in place for all payment order vouchers and staff claims submitted to the department

• Prepare payment instructions to banks for timely payment according to scheduled deadlines

• Keep proper record/ filing of all Finance related documents

• Identify and highlight any discrepancies/ errors of all processed documents to the Finance Officer accordingly

• Handle all internal queries/issues with tact providing alternatives/ solutions.

 
Eligibility Requirements:

  Qualification:

• HND in Finance or any related discipline; AND

  Experience:

• Minimum Three (3) years relevant working experience.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (For All Positions):
A. In addition to the Eligibility Requirements for each of the vacant position above, all applicants MUST ALSO possess the following general requirements:-
 
1. Able to communicate well in English Language (both oral and written). Ability to communicate in Malay Language is an added advantage;
2. Able to handle multiple assignments and under short deadline; AND
3. Able to work independently or with minimum supervision; AND
4. Possess work planning acumen and have the discipline of being an organized person; AND
5. Able to work in a team-oriented work environment; AND
6. Able to work using computers, especially with Microsoft Office applications; AND
7. Able to write reports and proposals; AND
8. Possess own transportation having own means of coming to work.
   
B. Before any successful candidates are confirmed as an Employee of the Company for the above positions, he/she MUST ALSO pass:
 
1. The Company's physical health and medical fitness (including eyesight and hearing test); AND
2. The Company's Assessment/Appraisal during his/her probation period.
