During the signing ceremony for the Brunei Darussalam Methanol Project, three key agreements were signed:
1. Joint Venture Agreement between Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc., ITOCHU Corporation and Petroleum BRUNEI.
2. MOU for Methanol Marketing Agreement between Brunei Darussalam Methanol Project Consortium and Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc.
3. MOU for Gas Sales and Supply Agreement between Brunei Darussalam Methanol Project Consortium and Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn. Bhd.
These milestones signify strategic partnerships driving the project’s success.
