On 6 February 2025, we had the privileged of hosting H.E Michael Hoy, Australian High Commissioner-Designate to Brunei Darussalam, for a courtesy visit to our facilities. Also in attendance were Ms. Janice Ho, First Secretary (Investment) and Mr. Fakhri Ishak, Investment Officer.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jesús Enrique Mora Marín, along with members of the executive management team, warmly welcomed H.E Michael Hoy. The visit fostered insightful discussions on our business operations, contributions to Brunei’s downstream industry, ongoing developments and potential areas for collaborations.

A tour of our plant facilities provided H.E firsthand insights into BMC’s production processes. Discussions also explored opportunities for collaboration between BMC and Australian stakeholders.

Brunei and Australia share a longstanding relationship, commemorating 40 years of diplomatic relations in 2024. This courtesy visit opens avenues for knowledge exchange and innovation, in a petrochemical facility.

We look forward to continuing these meaningful dialogues to drive mutual progress and innovation.
