As we conclude Q3 2024, BMC held a town hall on 27 September 2024 at the SPARK Mini Theatre, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and open communication across all levels and departments. The event highlighted the Company’s Q3 achievements, outlined strategic goals, and celebrated the efforts of our dedicated employees.
The town hall began with a speech from our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jesús Enrique Mora Marín, who reflected on the milestones achieved during the quarter. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and collaboration in driving the Company forward, laying a strong foundation for the milestones ahead.
Our former Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Abdul Mu’izz bin Dato Paduka Haji Alikhan, followed with an appreciation speech. Having transitioned to the role of Head of Business Development on 1 September 2024, he expressed gratitude and reaffirmed his commitment to driving the Company’s continued growth in his new capacity.
A key highlight of the town hall was the recognition of the exceptional contributions from representatives of the plant function and supply chain, whose efforts enabled us to, amongst others, surpass production targets and complete the May Opportunity Maintenance (MOM) ahead of schedule. Certificates were also awarded to employees who successfully completed their respective training programmes.
