The occasion was filled with camaraderie and a shared vision for the future, marking the 2024 Brunei-Japan Friendship Year.
At the heart of the celebration, BMC stood side by side among the ministries and esteemed organizations from the oil and gas industry in Brunei Darussalam, and other key stakeholders who have contributed significantly to the longstanding relations between the two nations.
As the pioneer petrochemical facility in Brunei Darussalam with 75% of equity held by Japanese corporations, we take immense pride in our role in advancing shared economic relations.
Prior to the reception, His Royal Highness welcomed the arrival of His Imperial Highness Crown Prince Akishino, where they subsequently had a meeting. Discussions centered around sustainable energy, technological advancements, and fostering bilateral ties.
