BMC hosted a company-wide teambuilding event at Tarindak D’Seni on 17 October 2024, led by our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jesús Enrique Mora Marín. The event was all about strengthening interdepartmental teamwork and communication – the driving force behind our success! As Mr. Mora said, “Our success is built on a foundation of strong teamwork”.
Employees from all levels joined in the fun, divided into four houses—Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow, and further split into two teams within each respective color house. This setup encouraged cross-departmental collaboration and fostered a deeper understanding of the different functions within the Company and our collective roles in becoming the world-class methanol supplier of choice.
The day was filled with carnival-style activities that challenged our problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Each activity pushed participants to step outside their comfort zones, honing skills like strategic thinking and leadership.
