On 17 March 2025, BMC hosted a memorable farewell and welcome gathering at Pondok Seri Wangi for sungkai (breaking of fast) and dinner.
The event brought together BMC’s Executive Management team, Head of Departments, and distinguished guests including BMC’s Deputy Chairman, Dato Seri Paduka Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, who is also the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy, alongside our board member Ahmad Fathi bin Dato Paduka Haji Junaidi and representatives from Mirkhas Sdn Bhd, our shareholder.
This special evening was dedicated to expressing our gratitude to Mr. Yasuhisa Tsukamoto, outgoing Executive Officer nominated from ITOCHU Corporation (ITC). His contribution primarily in the areas of finance, marketing and logistics had proven to be instrumental to the growth of BMC.
At the same time, we welcomed Mr. Hiroyuki Masuda as Mr. Tsukamoto’s successor, effective 26 March 2025. With his extensive experience and fresh perspectives, we look forward to embarking on this new chapter together.
The event served as a meaningful opportunity to reflect, strengthen connections, and celebrate as we move forward into the future together.
