As we approach the final weeks of Ramadhan, BMC held its first quarterly town hall of the year on 20 March 2025. This session fostered meaningful engagement between employees, Management and Head of Departments, providing insights into the Company’s direction for the year ahead.
Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jesús Enrique Mora Marín, opened the event with welcoming remarks, reaffirming BMC’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. He reflected on our 2024 and Q1 2025 milestones, while outlining strategic priorities for the rest of the year.
The town hall also marked a leadership transition within the Executive Management team. BMC bid a heartfelt farewell to Mr. Yasuhisa Tsukamoto, Executive Officer I, who will conclude his tenure on 25 March 2025 after nearly five years of dedicated service. Stepping into his role is Mr. Hiroyuki Masuda, effective 26 March, bringing extensive expertise to support BMC’s continued success.
Additionally, we took the opportunity to thank our expatriate colleague, Mr. Jesús Enrique Ysea, Senior Maintenance Specialist, as he prepares to conclude his tenure at the end of the month.
The session wrapped up with a Q&A segment, promoting transparency and actively engaging employees in shaping the Company’s direction, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued.
